SEMH Outreach Specialist Teacher

Kirklees Council is seeking an experienced teacher to join the SEMH outreach team in Kirklees to develop and deliver high-quality educational support for children and young people with SEMH needs across mainstream schools.

You will become part of an established outreach and training team, collaborating with school staff, families and external agencies to improve learning outcomes and safeguarding across KS3 and KS4.
