SEMH & Transitions Specialist Teacher (KS3)

Hampshire County Council invites applicants for UPR Teacher (Primary Behaviour Service) to support SEMH pupils across KS3 transitions and cross-setting delivery. You will provide specialist strategies, model practice, and advise schools to build inclusive approaches for lasting impact.
