Self-Employed Heavy & Bulky Delivery Driver

ATA Sameday is growing and we're looking for reliable self employed drivers to join our Heavy & Bulky White Glove Delivery & Installation team across the UK.

This is an active, customer facing role involving the delivery of large household items, heavy lifting, and assisting with installations as part of a two person team. As a self employed Driver / Installer, you will operate as part of a flexible 2 person crew.

Rates of Pay

• Luton Van Tail Lift Owner Drivers - £186.50 per day
• Non Van Owner Drivers (using company vans) - £140 per day

• Additional mileage paid at £0.25 per mile

What You'll Be Delivering

Fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, sofas, TVs and built in appliances.

Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence (max 6 points)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Van Owners Must Have

• Luton van with tail lift
• Own installation tools (you will store and manage your tools within your own vehicle)
• Drivers must have a sack barrow as part of their basic standard equipment
• Hire & Reward, Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance

All applicants will complete an installation skills assessment.
