Self-Employed Form F Assessor £2k per assessment + mileage

Credo Care - Disability Fostering is seeking self-employed Form F Assessors in Lincoln and North Lincolnshire. Successful candidates will undertake assessments for prospective foster carers and provide supervision to approved foster carers.

Applicants should possess a social work qualification and post-qualifying experience in fostering. Knowledge of relevant regulations is essential. This role offers flexible working arrangements and requires a full UK driving licence.
