Security Team Leader - Customer-Centric Centre

Savills plc at Eldon Square is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to manage a team of security and control room officers, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding our Customer Proposition for visitors, retailers and shoppers.

The role is a permanent 40-hour contract on a three-week rolling rota, requiring availability for 24/7, 365 coverage. You will oversee rotas, training, welfare checks, incident reporting and liaison with emergency services as needed.
