Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced sales representative to spearhead our campaign with ADT Fire & Security in the Devon/Cornwall area.
Unlike other similar businesses we do not rely on cold calling. We work directly with ADT to provide a large variety of lead sources and we are growing rapidly presenting plenty of opportunity for progression for ambitious candidates.
You will be responsible for the South West Region, predominantly servicing pre-qualified leads and presenting ADT's products and services to home owners in the market for security systems and/or CCTV systems. Also contacting existing and lapsed ADT customers; scheduling home visits and liaising with homeowners interested in ADT products.
The existing team create a high achieving, successful environment allowing for plenty of scope of help and advise to get the right candidate up to speed and thriving quickly within the role.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a min of 1 year experience in direct sales.
Additionally, but not critical is experience in selling security products to homeowners.
The role will be Monday - Friday 11am to 7pm with some flexibility for later starts if required and three out of every four Saturdays in the month from 10am - 2pm.
Ideal Candidates will:
Have at least 1 year experience in Direct Sales or in-house face-to-face sales experience.
Be well-spoken, articulate and able to converse with homeowners.
Be commercially aware with good negotiation skills
Be self-driven to succeed and win business
Be computer literate with good keyboard skills
Be used to working to achieving targets
Be able to demonstrate reliability and a great work ethic
A valid UK/EU driving licence and own vehicle is essential
