This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

- This role will be instrumental in identifying, documenting, and standardising operational processes across multiple Enterprise Security teams.
- The consultant will work closely with stakeholders in areas such as Cyber Defense Operations, GRC, Security Architecture and Security Technology Operations (STO) to map current processes and identify automation opportunities.
- The output will directly enable a dedicated AI engineer to automate these processes using AI technologies, aligned with Arm's AI driven transformation strategy.
- A solid focus on ServiceNow process understanding, measurable outcomes, and collaboration with technical and nontechnical teams is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with SMEs across Enterprise Security to document existing manual and semi-automated security workflows.
- Build end-to-end process maps and documentation, including inputs, outputs, triggers, dependencies, SLAs, and difficulties.
- Work with the AI Engineering team to translate process maps into actionable automation requirements.
- Identify quick-win and high-impact automation candidates across processes such as incident response playbooks, third-party risk assessments, change/approval workflows, and problem management.
- Ensure process metrics are identified and baselined (eg time spent, risk exposure, error rates) to demonstrate automation outcomes.
- Develop high-quality artefacts including workflow diagrams, requirements docs, and risk/control impact summaries.
- Support integration planning where necessary (eg, with ServiceNow, Confluence, APIs).
- Collaborate in solution validation activities with partners and support knowledge transfer back into teams.

Key Experience:

- Demonstrable experience in security operations, process design, or automation consulting, ideally in enterprise environments.
- Good background in process mapping methodologies (eg BPMN, swimlane diagrams).
- Experience with ServiceNow and its associated modules (ITSM, SecOps, GRC).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity domains, including SOC operations, incident response, change and problem management, and risk/compliance processes.
- Ability to work with both technical and business partners to extract tacit knowledge and formalise workflows.
- Skilled in detailing measurable benefits (time saved, reduced effort, risk reduction).
- Superb communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Nice To Have Skills:

- Knowledge of AI automation tooling or working alongside AI/ML teams.
- Experience in deploying or supporting SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) solutions.
- Understanding of data privacy and security risks in automation.
- Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments (eg, semiconductor, finance, healthcare).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools (eg, Jira, Confluence).
