Security Officer

Hourly Salary: £14.51 Per Hour

Contract: Part Time, Permanent 37 hours Per Week

Work Pattern: 4 on 4 Off, 06.45- 17:15, 10.5-hour shifts

Location: BH2 Leisure Complex in Bournemouth, Dorset

Main Duties& Responsibilities:

• Patrolling in the malls and the outside Perimeter

• Meeting and Greeting Customers and helping with theirenquiries.

• Monitoring CCTV

• Dealing with Deliveries

• Admin work and replying toemails.

• Building Integrity Checks

• SIA Licenseamust.

• SIA CCTV License anadvantage.

• First Aid Trained anadvantage.

• Able to take ownership of all situations andensure all task given are completed.

• Flexible to changes

Essential

• Experience in Security

• Experience in dealing with Fire Panels

• Excellent Organisational skills with the ability to prioritisetasks andworkloads.

• Excellent communicator and customer service skills

• Excellent Observational skills

• Able to work unsupervised and takeresponsibility.

HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow Group andcompany policies and procedures at alltimes.

• Report anyapparentdeficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or theenvironment.

• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly andin accordance withtrainingreceived.

• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reportingsystem.
