Job Description
Overview

Join us as an Security Officer at the Maidstone Hospitals where you will be required to carry out duties in a busy environment, no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.


Must have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence and a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role. A CCTV licence is desirable but if you don't have one, we can provide the training once hired.


Contract Information

  • Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour

  • Hours per week: 0 hours (average) with various shift patterns

  • SIA Licences: Door Supervisor only & CCTV Licence (Desirable)

  • Contract: Possibility to progress onto a full-time contract upon completion of your probationary period.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to required security protocols

  • Conduct searches where required

  • Patrol the premises

  • Deal with security incidents and follow up with the correct reports


Our Perfect Worker

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems. Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
