About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18 and pass a basic safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility is important, and weekend work is a requirement. You will play a vital role in safeguarding colleagues and customers by monitoring store security, conducting patrols, checking for signs of damage, tampering, or break-ins, and maintaining safety checks such as fire door inspections.

You may also assist in handling conflicts, supporting manager spot checks, conducting vehicle checks in the warehouse yard, and ensuring compliance with processes related to claims, waste management, and lost property.
