About The Role

Hourly Rate: £14.03

Location: Walkden, United Kingdom, M28 3ZH

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rota following a 3 week shift pattern of 12 hour shifts.

  • Week 1: 05:30-17:30
  • Week 2: 07:30-19:30
  • Week 3: two shifts of 09:30-21:30 and two shifts of 12:30-00:30
Responsibilities
  • As part of the Atlas Family, you'll dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
  • You'll be inducted at the start of your contract and will be trained within your first week of work, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Providing a high standard of customer care throughout your shift.
  • Handling site based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Working within a team that goes the extra mile.
  • Protecting customers' property, people, and assets.
  • Opening and closing the shopping centre, ensuring the site is secure at all times.
  • Delivering core security duties including access control and general site supervision.
  • Supporting cleaning operations across the centre, including general litter picking and responding to spillages to maintain cleanliness standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Excitement about making a difference.

  • Local to the area.
  • An attitude to thrive, with cleaning experience (training provided if required).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
  • Must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training.
