Securitisation/Structured Finance Lawyer, 1-7PQE

The Client

A leading investment advisory firm is seeking a 1-8 PQE securitisation/structured finance lawyer to join its growing business in an execution focused role.

This role is ideal for a legal professional looking to broaden their expertise and transition into more of a business role.

The Role

As a key member of the execution team, you will provide expert advice on a range of deals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction execution on a wide range of securitisation and structured finance transactions (CMBS, CLOs, etc.)
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation
• Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing relationships with external counsel when required

The Successful candidate

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 1-8 years' PQE securitisation/structured finance (private practice or in-house)
• Experience working on CMBS deals would be highly advantageous for the role
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
