The Role

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support classroom behaviour management
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Work in a variety of secondary school settings
• Choose the days and assignments that suit you

We're Looking For

• Experienced Teaching Assistants or individuals with relevant education-based experience
• Experience supporting pupils within KS3 and KS4 is desirable
• Confident, proactive, and engaging practitioners
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting young people
• Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants are highly desirable
• A driving licence and access to transport is advantageous
