The Education Specialists (TES) are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers for supply, general cover and longer-term opportunities across Bristol.

The role

• General classroom cover across KS3 and KS4.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons.
• Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
• Supporting pupil engagement and progress.
• Working across different subjects where appropriate.
• Providing effective classroom management.
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Who we're looking for

• Qualified Secondary Teachers with QTS or relevant teaching experience.
• ECTs looking to gain further classroom experience.
• Experienced teachers returning to education.
• Teachers seeking flexible supply work.
• Confident classroom practitioners with strong behaviour management skills.
• Teachers who can quickly adapt to new schools and expectations.
