Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a supportive and forward-thinking multi-academy trust of schools in the Leicester and Leicestershire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, a variety of classroom experiences, or pathways into long-term and permanent roles within a respected trust.

The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 opportunities depending on your subject specialism).

  • Follow pre-planned lessons and schemes of work where provided.

  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management in line with school policies.

  • Adapt confidently to different secondary school settings across the trust.

  • Support students in achieving positive academic outcomes.

We offer both day-to-day supply cover and longer-term placements.

About You

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Have recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools.

  • Are confident delivering their specialist subject or providing general cover.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.

  • Are reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
