What You'll Do

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that students stay on task and engaged. • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, ECT or trainee teacher
• Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills
• Able to follow lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
