Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a 2nd line support capacity - telephone, email etc.
- Office 365 / Azure
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Networking - DNS, Firewalls, Routers
- Customer focused
Desired Skills:
- Certifications - MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
- Experience in an MSP environment
- Telco exposure
