Join the Trailberg team this Christmas and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience during our busiest trading period.
As a Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the store, help customers find the perfect products and ensure the store maintains the high standards expected of the Trailberg brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, fit and styling advice.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and housekeeping.
• Replenish stock, process deliveries and maintain an organised stockroom.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Support the team during busy trading periods, including weekends and peak Christmas shopping days.
• Follow company procedures, including loss prevention and health and safety.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly throughout the festive season.
