Seasonal Plant Operator - 12h Shifts, Bonuses, Overtime

British Sugar is recruiting for six Operatives at the Cantley factory, Norwich area. The fixed-term contract runs from October 2026 to the end of March 2027, with a 4-on, 4-off pattern and 12-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in machine operations, food processing or heavy industries, and with pedestrian pallet trucks. A bank holiday bonus is available for required shifts, with additional retention and PPE provided.
