Seasonal Hybrid Customer Advisor Weekend-Ready 4-Day Week

Oliver Bonas is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a 3 month fixed term contract starting 5 October 2026. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the Tolworth office and 2 days at home each week, on a 4 day pattern including weekend shifts.

You will handle queries via email, chat and phone, follow customer service procedures, and strive to deliver exceptional service while meeting individual KPIs within a busy seasonal period.
