Seasonal Gardener (Fixed Term) - Organic No-Dig & Fresh Produce

Soho Farmhouse is looking for a Gardener to join our gardens team in Banbury on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on ornamental border maintenance and producing top-quality fruit, vegetables, herbs, microgreens and cut flowers for onsite restaurants, floristry and events.

You'll work in organic, no-dig production gardens, collaborating with kitchen and floristry teams to ensure produce meets their needs. The team also maintains borders and supports guest engagement as required.
