Seasonal Estates Grounds Maintenance Operative

Retirement Villages Group is seeking an enthusiastic Estates Operative (Grounds) to maintain the beautiful grounds at Elmbridge Retirement Village in Cranleigh. This role is a fixed-term contract, working 3 days a week from July to September.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening or landscaping and be passionate about creating attractive outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, flower beds, monitoring plant health, and ensuring outdoor areas are clean and safe.
