Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist

Abel & Cole in London is seeking a passionate Customer Care specialist for a fixed-term Christmas period. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and social channels, delivering an exceptional experience and representing our warm, knowledgeable brand.

Training is provided; there are no rigid scripts, and you will explore different areas of the business while building relationships across teams. This 37.5-hour week includes occasional weekend shifts and a Putney office base.
