Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for Runners to join us on a fixed term contract to assist in the upcoming busy season of our Japenese restaurant, The Armoury.

The on target earning potential for this Runner role is £29,620.86 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge . Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected annual salary and OTE.

• As a Runner, you'll be helping to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Armoury.
• Your main focus will be helping to serve food and beverages throughout the day-covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, with a commitment to excellence.
• You'll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.
• Additionally, your focus in teamwork will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,000 in addition to their annual salary.
