Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist (Import) serves as the primary point of contact for import customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the shipment lifecycle and acts as liaison between customers, sales, overseas offices and operational teams.
How you create impact- Manage customer relationships and import enquiries.
- Coordinate with operational teams, carriers and overseas offices.
- Monitor shipments and communicate updates and exceptions.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records, SOPs and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with sales teams on growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes preferred.
