What you will do
  • Lead a team of SDRs day to day, setting clear expectations and building a strong performance culture
  • Coach outreach, discovery, qualification, and objection handling through regular call reviews and feedback
  • Drive performance against key KPIs and quality measures, using data to identify trends and take action
  • Support hiring and onboarding, helping new starters ramp quickly and confidently
  • Run a strong team cadence including one to ones, team sessions, pipeline reviews, and skills coaching
  • Partner with AEs to improve alignment, handover quality, and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to improve routing, tooling, and campaign execution
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in messaging, sequencing, and prospecting strategy

  • You have proven experience managing SDRs or similar teams, or you have recent, high performing outbound SDR experience (cold prospecting) and are ready to step into first time leadership
  • A strong coaching mindset, with examples of improving individual and team performance
  • Experience in a fast paced, target driven environment, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high growth scale up
  • Confidence in onboarding, ramp, and day to day performance management
  • Process driven and proactive, with a bias to action
  • Empathetic leader who builds trust, develops talent, and retains strong performers
Base salary range

Salary range - the expected base salary range for this position is between GBP 53,680 and 80,520 (gross) plus 100% OTE. Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.

While we aim to offer competitive compensation, initial offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with room to progress as you grow in the role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
