Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who not only excels in traditional lead generation methods but is also proficient in using AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance outreach and prospecting effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Prospecting & Market Intelligence

  • Identify and research potential customers within the food and beverage industry, including manufacturers, bottlers and brand owners.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Lusha) to streamline lead sourcing, segmentation and qualification.


Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using AI-assisted tools.
  • Develop scripts and messaging optimized by AI to secure discovery calls or meetings for the sales team.


Lead Qualification & Handover

  • Qualify leads based on product fit, volume potential and regional requirements.
  • Ensure timely and structured handover of qualified opportunities to the relevant sales managers or regional teams.


CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Prodalim's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Use AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools to track and improve lead conversion performance.


Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on key growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes by recommending new AI technologies and workflow optimizations.



EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development-in B2B or the F&B sector.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for lead generation is required (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly.ai, Sales Navigator).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret prospecting data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Preferably - experience in ingredients


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of the fruit juice/concentrate or ingredients market.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing automation and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Bilingual English and Spanish
