Job Description

*Scrum Master/Coach (Customer Service)- Mainly remote role*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a Scrum Master/Coach to start on their SAP S4 HANA project.

The consultant is expected to start in Dec 2025/Jan 2026 and for an initial 6months + contract (Plus possible extensions). The project is mainly remote with occasional travel onsite within Europe.

Desired skills:

  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge (Release Train experience preferred).
  • Advanced JIRA skills.
  • Experience in global companies with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset.
