Scrum Master

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join one of the top financial institutions in Belgium.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be a key reference for Agile delivery within the organization. You will guide, coach, and empower your teams in applying Scrum principles and practices to achieve high-impact results, while ensuring smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.

As part of your role, you will:

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support and coach the team in understanding and applying Agile practices
• Help the team navigate obstacles, remove impediments, and protect them from external disruptions
• Work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog prioritization and refinement
• Ensure alignment with Agile principles and promote a continuous delivery mindset
• Track and analyze team metrics (velocity, capacity) to improve planning and performance
• Foster collaboration between team members and across departments
• Provide updates to senior management on the implementation of Scrum and project status
• Support risk and issue management throughout the delivery cycle

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• You are an expert in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• You are proficient with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• You have a solid understanding of software development and project management practices
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of either French or Dutch
• You are an excellent communicator, listener, and team facilitator
• You embody servant leadership, promote a culture of trust, and continuously seek improvement
