One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Scrum Master.

The Scrum Master Data is the key reference in a project following an agile framework as the Scrum methodology. They ensure the global understanding of the methodology by the Project Team and helps the team to maximise the project's result. They protect the team for internal and external distractions.

The Scrum Master ensures the proper use and application of the Agile Methodology and coaches the Project Team along with the business lines and stakeholders, explaining which interactions with the team are helpful and which not.

As scrum master you will be part of a community of practice within the tribe and have the opportunity to join a company wide guild to continuously share with other scrum masters. The goal is to foster collaboration and harmonization of the way of working.

• Work location detail: Candidate is expected to work 50%/month at the client office. Meaning that some week 2 days other weeks 3 days to reach 50%.
• Candidate should reside in Belgium
• Language requirement: Mandatory English and one local language (French or Dutch)
• Experience in Data Management environment with technical Data Engineers and Functional Data Engineers
