Scrum Master | Agile Coach | Brussels | Hybrid | Scrum | Kanban | Agile Transformation | Contract

Our client, a leading European enterprise, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale Agile Transformation programme supporting multiple cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach who enjoys coaching teams, driving continuous improvement and helping organisations mature their Agile ways of working.

Contract Details

• Role: Scrum Master

• Location: Brussels, Belgium

• Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

• Contract Length: 6-7 Months

• Start Date: ASAP

• Rate: Up to €500 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor multiple Agile Scrum teams.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

• Remove blockers and enable high-performing Agile teams.

• Track delivery metrics, team health and Agile performance.

• Work with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and Development Teams.

• Promote Agile values, collaboration and servant leadership.

• Support Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery practices.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong Agile coaching experience

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Kanban

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies

• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Data-driven approach using Agile metrics

• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments

• Experience with Agile transformation programmes

• Design Thinking knowledge

• UX/Product Development exposure

• SAFe or other Agile certifications

• Experience outside traditional software development environments

Languages

• Fluent English (essential)

• Fluent French or Dutch (essential)

• German advantageous

Additional Information

• Hybrid working with approximately two days onsite each week in Brussels.

• Occasional European travel may be required with expenses covered.

• Full-time contract.
