SCRUM MASTER - 12+ Months - Hybrid NL

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Scrum Master to join a global client in the IT industry. This role will be responsible for driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and coaching teams to continuously improve performance and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for Scrum Master role:

. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role
. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
. Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement
. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence
. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
. Experience within software development or IT projects is advantageous
. Exposure to other Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe

. Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week on-site in Amstelveen)
. Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
