Your New Role

Schools visiting the Studio Tour have the opportunity to take part in an award winning education programme, exploring behind the scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films whilst gaining an understanding of how subjects they are studying at school could lead to a career in the film industry.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London welcomes multiple school groups every day through our busiest season between May and July. This role works within the Admissions team and is responsible for providing a warm and exciting welcome to our visiting school groups, preparing bookings for arrival using our ticketing system, meeting them as they arrive on site and ensuring their efficient entry to the Tour, providing the very highest standards of customer care.

Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Communicate across multiple departments to ensure a smooth, timely entry for schools and groups arriving at the Tour.
  • Assist the Visitor Experience management team in the coordination of any emergency procedures, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of visitors and colleagues at all times.
  • Deal proactively with any issues that may arise during your duties - escalating to managers where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all daily reporting and administrative requirements are completed to a satisfactory standard and in a timely manner.
  • Share knowledge of the Harry Potter and Warner Bros. franchises making all visitors aware of current feature related content.
  • Proactively engage and assist our school visitors in how best to maximise the enjoyment of their day - making them aware of the full range of experiences, products and services available to them at appropriate points in the visitor journey.
  • Present a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable interface between the attraction itself and all visitors to the attraction, working as an ambassador for both.
  • Complete daily opening and closing checklists as directed by line management.
  • Attend daily briefings and take personal responsibility for keeping abreast of latest internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Enjoyment of working confidently with the general public, including speaking to large groups.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as possessing an understanding of the varied needs of our visitors.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience of working with till systems is desirable.
Working Pattern
  • Your contract is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract from 11th May - 14th August 2026.
  • You will be working 16 hours per week, 10am until 2pm each shift.
  • The working pattern will be either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday each week OR Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday each week.
  • There may occasionally be a request to work hours outside of the above.
  • You will be required to stand for up to 4 hours at a time, perform light lifting and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
