School HR Advisor - ER Specialist (Hybrid, Nottingham)

Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor (Schools) on a hybrid basis in Nottingham. The role runs 3-4 months, 37 hours per week, with daily pay options of £185.20 PAYE or £250 Umbrella.

You will advise on ER matters and support schools with people-related decisions, ensuring alignment with policies and employment law. The position requires experience in schools, education, public sector or local authority HR, strong ER knowledge and excellent communication to build trusted relationships
