School Cover Cleaner

About The Role

This is a zero hour contract for a Cleaning position. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and will be expected to cover shifts as and when required.

Hourly Rate: £12.71. Location: Sutton Coldfield, B73 5US (you will be required to cover different sites close to this location).

What you'll be doing

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach). A passion for cleaning would be amazing!
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview); this applies to both UK and non UK nationals.
• Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
• Two satisfactory references are required as part of the recruitment process.
