Job Description
Role Details 
Days and hours: Monday - Friday 15:30 - 18:00 (43 weeks per year). Hourly rate: £12.71. Location: Thetford, IP24 2JT. Pay is spread evenly across the year.

- Be inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across shift hours.
- Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials (training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into the appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.
- Positive attitude and willingness to thrive (cleaning experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for clear communication.
- Good social skills and a friendly approach to service delivery.
- Right to work in the UK (evidence required).
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two satisfactory references required.
