Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31.8.27 with high likelihood of transferring to a permanent position after this date.
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week.

Start Date: 22nd June 2026.
Salary: £47,181 - £51,356 per annum.
About the RoleThe Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly organised, flexible and adaptable School Business Manager Level 2, Grade 9 to join Ashbury Meadow's Senior Leadership Team. The post will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of staff, resources and premises, to facilitate the child and family centred work of our school. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, passionate, motivated and committed to the positive ethos of the school.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls.
- Considerable experience working at a senior level, including the management of staff, premises, HR policies and payroll procedures.
- Diploma of Schools Business Management qualification (DSBM) preferred or willingness to work towards with support of the School.

The post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
