School Business Manager - Part-Time

I am working on behalf of a lovely primary school in Leeds who looking for a Part time School Business Manager to work 3 days per week (days of your choice). Experience within a school is essential for this role.

The role would be as below:

• To lead and manage all non teaching activity, support services and resources in order to develop the infrastructure and working / learning environment to ensure excellent teaching and learning.
• Responsible for the financial resource management / Administration Management / Management Information and ICT / Human Resource Management / Facility and Property Management / Health and Safety Management of the School
• To lead and manage safeguarding policies and procedures in the office infrastructure

I am seeking a candidate who is:

• Skilled in financial management, HR processes and operational leadership
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
