School Administrator Required for a SEN School in Merton.

About the Role

Part time School Administrator & Receptionist, Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm during term time only.

Responsibilities
  • Use the school's internal system to record a high volume of data.
  • Assist the Office Manager & Office Staff with various administrative tasks.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Welcome visitors and parents.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Cover reception duties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a busy school or college environment.
  • A real passion for working within an education environment.
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System).
