Role OverviewWe are recruiting a School Administrator to support the busy school office and oversee the newly acquired Barwic Hub.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:
- Communicate between the school and families
- Manage finances, including paying invoices and maintaining budgets
- Organise school trips and events
- Administer and promote bookings for the Barwic Hub, ensuring its smooth operation
- Support the Headteacher and School Business Manager in day to day office tasks
- Clerical or administrative experience, preferably within a school
- Experience using Arbor, Marvellous Me and ParentPay
- Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications Level 2 or equivalent
