Contract: Permanent (Term Time Only + Training Days)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire - Saltergate Schools

About this Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised and dedicated School Administrator to join our welcoming school community. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, providing first class administrative support while being a key point of contact for pupils, families, staff and visitors. As the first face of the school you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional environment that reflects our values and supports the smooth day to day running of the school.

  • A confident communicator, building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, colleagues and external agencies.
  • Proactive and flexible, working calmly in a busy school environment and supporting the day to day needs of the school and wider team.
