Schemes Manager Please Note: This is a hybrid role with the requirement for attendance to the office 2 days per week.

Schemes Manager To support the Parking Design and Improvement Manager and Head of Parking in securing continuous development, improvement, efficiency, and success of the department with focus on Housing Estate parking issues.

Schemes Manager To support through effective leadership, budget management, strategic direction, planning, management, and governance. Leading the delivery, to time and budget, of parking projects - identifying and managing funding streams, governance arrangements, and complex inter-dependent project plans. Working with internal and external partners in particular the parking design contractor and relevant consultants.

Schemes Manager Interpreting and assessing progress made against an evolving programme or improvements. Reporting the progress made against the service projects, the design of new projects ensuring that projects are successfully closed on time and evaluating the success of projects.

Schemes Manager This role has direct line management responsibility for a team of approximately 5 - 6 staff, including Senior Parking Assistants and Parking Assistants.

Schemes Manager The post holder will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support, ensuring effective performance management, staff development, and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.

The role reports directly to the Parking Design and Improvement Manager and Head of Parking and contributes to the efficient delivery of parking operations across Royal Borough of Greenwich estates.
