  • Experience managing third-party relationships or service delivery partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and innovative approach
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally

  • Experience working with schemes or delegated authority arrangements
  • Exposure to education or not-for-profit sectors
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts or TOBAs
So, what will you be doing?
  • Managing and developing relationships with scheme insurers and partners
  • Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness
  • Working proactively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
  • Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams
  • Leading service and operational improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity
  • Analysing partner performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer agreements
  • Full-time, permanent role
