- Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts or TOBAs
- Managing and developing relationships with scheme insurers and partners
- Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness
- Working proactively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
- Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams
- Leading service and operational improvement initiatives
- Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity
- Analysing partner performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer agreements
