About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Schedule Leader to build, visualize, deploy, and manage the schedules that drive project delivery. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the right quality to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Build, visualize, deploy, and manage the master schedule of projects, establishing and revising baselines as needed.
- Create and manage Level 1 schedules for program-wide alignment and controlled change management.
- Support scrum teams and disciplinary teams in developing Level 2 schedules for project phases, identifying critical paths, and enabling efficient action planning.
- Manage dependencies across schedules and support teams in integrating sub-schedules into the master schedule.
- Develop and follow up on tollgate planning, ensuring timely delivery of all required deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on critical topics such as complex 8D issues, design baseline releases, and tooling timelines.
- Define and manage schedule risks and opportunities, preparing comprehensive management reports and escalations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or project management, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proven expertise in planning, stakeholder management, and leadership.
- Familiarity with Gantt chart-based planning tools and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
