SC Cleared Service Delivery Lead - Cloud & DevOps

We are a direct supplier working with a global IT consultancy and are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Service Delivery Lead to support a major UK public sector programme. This role focuses on leading cloud and DevOps delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring secure, high-quality service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery across cloud and DevOps platforms

• Manage agile delivery, sprint planning, and delivery governance

• Oversee cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices

• Manage SLAs, risks, and service performance

• Engage senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers

• Ensure secure delivery aligned to GDS and NCSC standards

• Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Lead/Delivery Lead

• Strong background in cloud and digital delivery

• Experience working in public sector or regulated environments

• Practical knowledge of ITIL and agile delivery models

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex services and operate under pressure

Due to the nature of the project, the successful candidate will have a valid UK SC Clearance prior to a start.
