We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require an SC Cleared Packaging SME to join them on a major government project that's based remotely.
 - Terms of Reference (ToR) for Application Packaging SME to manage the scope and outputs required for pilot and wider delivery. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities: 
 - Develop and implement packaging for Windows 11 applications, coversion of existing App_V packages to Microsoft Intune MSIX native formats. 
 - Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand packaging requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. 
 - Create, test, deploy application packages using industry-standard tools and methodologies, including Microsoft Intune, AdminStudio, InstallShield 
 - Provide technical expertise and guidance on packaging best practices and troubleshooting, aligned to supplier & customer packaging standards 
 - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all packaging activities. 
 - Document packaging processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference. 
 
Skills & Qualifications: 
 - Extensive experience in application packaging for Windows environments. 
 - Proficiency with packaging tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and Intune. 
 - Strong understanding of Windows 11 architecture and deployment methods. 
 - Knowledge of Scripting languages (eg, PowerShell, VBScript) for automation. 
 - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 - Strong communication and documentation skills. 
 
Reporting and Communication: 
 - Report to the Project Manager and provide regular updates on packaging progress. 
 - Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other SMEs and stakeholders. 
 - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members. 
Delivery: 
 - Timely delivery of application packages. 
 - Quality and reliability of packaged applications. 
 - Adherence to project timelines and milestones. 
 - Compliance with security and regulatory standards."
