We're looking for an experienced consultant to help us shape and embed a forward-thinking digital operating model across a global organisation. Your mission will be to design and deliver a framework that aligns with strategic business priorities, enables modern, agile ways of working, and empowers multi-disciplinary teams to collaborate, innovate, and deliver value faster.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the design and rollout of a digital operating model tailored to a complex, international environment.

• Introduce new structures, processes, and team approaches that accelerate delivery and continuous improvement.

• Drive organisational change and adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.

• Enable teams to test, iterate, and deliver enhanced outcomes for colleagues and stakeholders alike.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing digital operating models at scale.

• Expertise in organisational change management and transformation.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
