SC Cleared Contracts/Bid manager (UK Government and Export programmes)

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Officer with strong MOD and Defence sector experience to support our global client. You will join an integrated project team working on strategically important UK Government and Export programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on bids, proposals, and contract acceptance with UK MOD and Defence customers.

• Drafting, negotiating, and managing MOD contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and flow-down.

• Providing commercial support across projects, including change control, performance monitoring, and risk management.

• Preparing compliant proposals, pricing models, and approvals for senior stakeholders.

• Attending MOD and supplier meetings as Commercial representative.

• Drafting/reviewing agreements such as NDAs, Licensing, and MoUs.

Experience Required:

• Proven Commercial experience with MOD contracts and UK Government frameworks.

• Strong record of bid management, contract negotiation, and delivery in the Defence sector.

• Knowledge of MOD terms and conditions, DEFCONs/DEFFORMs.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to work at pace on complex programmes.
