Job Title: SAP WM Consultant (Freelance)

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join a leading pharmaceutical client in Spain on a freelance basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a regulated, GMP-compliant environment, working on SAP Warehouse Management enhancements, support, and optimization initiatives within a global pharma landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP WM processes (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory management).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GxP, validation documentation).

• Support integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.

• Provide testing support (SIT/UAT), documentation, and end-user training.

• Troubleshoot and resolve WM-related incidents and system issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP WM configuration experience.

• Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution.

• Experience with validation documentation in GxP environments.

• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Availability to work on-site in Spain as required.
