Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Wave Deployment Lead to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation within a leading FMCG organization. You will be responsible for managing deployment waves across multiple markets, ensuring successful rollouts, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA deployment and rollout activities.
  • Drive market activation, deployment readiness, and go live success.
  • Coordinate business, IT, and local market teams across multiple regions.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the transformation.
  • Support testing, cutover, Hypercare, and post go live activities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA deployments within FMCG environments.
  • Proven track record delivering global or multi country SAP rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder and programme management skills.
  • Experience working in complex, fast paced transformation programmes.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
